Contact form (general request, request for an object)

Only the mandatory data to contact the interested party will be recorded. These are name of the interested party, phone, mobile phone and e-mail address. The allegation of the postal address is optional. It is possible to leave a message in the message field.

Storage of the data.

Individual related data will be stored only temporarily on the server until the transfer to Barbara Braun Immobilien has been finalized.

If you fill in a contact form and require the declaration of consent, your data will be stored on the server for max. 30 minutes, to avoid that you have to fill in the data again after sending the agreement.

After the successful transfer of your data, or after 30 minutes your data on the server will be deleted.

If you have agreed, your name, e-mail address, the used agreement indicator and the time of your agreement will be stored to verify the receipt of your agreement.

All data stored by Barbara Braun Immmobilien will be deleted after finalizing the operation or after the legal retention period.

Transfer of individual related data to third parties

There is only a transfer of your individual related data to third parties who are involved in the contract, i. e. landlord, interested party in rental, real estate portals and notary. In these cases the transfer of your individual related data to third parties the amount of data is limited to a required minimum.

Legal basis of the data acquisition

We acquire data only to fulfil our contractual obligations. Basis for our data acquisition is your explicit agreement.
